There are many ways for parents to become involved with TAOC and support Theatre Ink.

Attend the Theatre Ink Parents Meeting Monday, 9/25 at 7:00 pm in the Little Theatre


Meet the staff and find out how your child can get involved with the many on and off stage opportunities in:

Stage Crew
Tech Design
Acting
Sound
Costumes
Hair & Make-up
Stage Managing
Props
Dramaturgy
Student Producing and more!

Also, find out about about opportunities for you to become involved with the Theatre Arts Opportunity Committee (TAOC) to support all aspects of Theatre Ink. All new and returning Theatre Ink parents are invited and encouraged to attend!


Currently, we are seeking volunteers for the following roles:

Silent Auction Coordinator
, Bake Sale Coordinator
, Musical Ticket Salesperson,
Parent Social Coordinator,
Lead Sponsor Coordinator,
Publicity Coordinator
and Banquet Coordinator.

Please attend andfind out what is involved! We especially encourage parents of freshman and sophomores to take on one of these roles early in your student'sTheatre Ink career.

Plan to join other Theatre Ink Parents after the meeting for an informal get together at BREWERS COALITION IN Newtonville.



Fundraising Kickoff Meeting Monday, October 23 at 7:00

We need a team of people willing to go out into the community to solicit support for the season. Find out how you can help at this important meeting. Each year we target a fundraising goal of $25,000 to support the on stage and back stage elements of the program from sets to costumes, make-up and technical equipment.

Socialize with other Theatre Ink Parents!!!

This year we hope to launch a monthly Parent Social! Don’t miss the first event at Brewer’s Coalition immediately following the 9/25 Parent Meeting.

Other Ways to Get Involved

As the season continues, please consider helping out with providing cast meals, donating to bake sales, hanging posters, hosting a post-show party and contributing a delicious dish to the end of the year banquet (Friday, June 15 at 6:00 pm.) Watch your inbox for more details.

Donate to the Musical Silent Auction

Gifts certificates, sporting goods, giftware, jewelry are just some of the items that would be most welcome. Some other ideas are Gardening Supplies, Spa and Pampering Goodies, Toys, Games and Books. Any tangible items or services are welcome and appreciated. To donate a Silent Auction item or to volunteer to assist with the Silent Auction before and after the musical performances, please contact Lisa Campbell lisac1967@verizon.net
